Charles Frederick Albright (conceived August 10, 1933) is an American serial executioner and analyzed mental case from Dallas, Texas, who was indicted slaughtering one lady and associated with murdering two others in 1991. He is detained in the John Montford Psychiatric Unit in Lubbock, Texas.
